Yeti Roadtest at the Carnival of Flowers and Sideshow Alley

The Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers is a celebration of colour, and this year we made sure our kit matched the vibe. Among the blooms and festival crowds, we packed three YETI essentials that stood out as much as the gardens themselves.

The Daytrip Lunchbox in Rescue Red carried everything we needed to keep our day fuelled, compact but tough enough to handle the road test. The Wine Tumbler in Tropical Pink added a splash of fun to the afternoon, keeping our drinks crisp and cool while we wandered through the floral displays. And the newest favourite the Travel Cup with Commuter Cap in Cape Taupe proved its worth from morning coffee to late-day hydration.

The Daytrip Lunchbox worked hard all day. Its sturdy design meant our sandwiches and fruit stayed protected, and the ColdCell™ insulation kept everything cool even as the sun warmed up the park. Compact enough to carry, but roomy enough to hold a proper picnic. It also saved us from over-indulging on Sideshow Alleys' food stalls. We did grab a scoop or two of the Dubai Chocolate Gelato and a Kransky hotdog before we left.

The Tropical Pink Wine Tumbler added its own flair to the day. While designed for wine, it worked just as well for juice and slushie decanting. The iced coffee slushie was the perfect pick-me up at 2pm. The double-wall vacuum insulation kept it chilled all the way to the top of the ferris wheel. Bonus: the MagSlider™ Lid meant a quick close before rummaging around in a tote bag for tickets.

The Travel Bottle with Commuter Cap added some sleek practicality and was the all-rounder. From the pre-made coffee in the morning to late-day hydration, the leak-resistant cap made it easy to carry through the crowds and throw it around without worry, and the slim profile slipped neatly into a bag between stops.

These three Yeti pieces were more than just good-looking accessories. They were practical solutions for a busy carnival day. All three were tough enough and didn't weigh us down. Taking photos of the flower displays, moving through the rides, and stopping at all the attractions.
